This Night, Can you be for me?
This visualizer tells the story of the beloved wooden percussion frog, Padgee, coming to life at night in the rice paddies of the Philippines. When he awakens, he spits out the wooden stick in his mouth and hops out the window to explore the outside world. He acts like a normal frog but can’t do many of the things a normal frog can like eating mosquitos (because he has no tongue) or croaking (cause he has no vocal chords). Every morning, when the sunlight touches his skin, Padgee returns to his table beside the window sill and turns back to wood. This funny and cute visual interpretation will have you giggling and leave you with a hint of bittersweetness.
